This carbide tipped drill bit is specially designed for coal seam drilling. The bit body is made of high-quality alloy structural steel in compliance with German standards, formed by integral precision casting or precision forging. The one-piece bit body significantly improves the fatigue and shear resistance of the drill bit.
The cutting blades are sourced from well-known manufacturers, formed by one-time welding with a multi-contact CNC automatic welding machine, and heat-treated after welding to ensure firmness and durability. It features fast cutting speed, convenient connection, and high working efficiency.
