Flexible Mobility in Narrow Underground Spaces
The ZDY1900 is equipped with self-propelled crawler tracks, giving it independent travelling capability underground. The crawler configuration allows the machine to shuttle through restricted mine roadways and adjust its position according to site conditions.
Its full hydraulic drive system provides coordinated control of travelling and drilling operations, making the rig suitable for demanding underground working environments.
Multi-Directional Drilling Capability
The main drilling unit can rotate 180° horizontally and 90° vertically, providing a wide range of drilling orientations. This allows operators to adjust the drilling direction without repeatedly repositioning the complete machine.
The configuration is particularly useful for drilling work where several directions or angles are required from a limited working position.
Drilling for Underground Water and Coal Mine Applications
The ZDY1900 is capable of drilling to depths of up to 200 metres, depending on the drilling conditions and equipment configuration. It can be used for underground water drilling, coal mine drilling and other engineering drilling applications.
