The hydraulic anchor drill is used for drilling roof bolt holes and blast holes, with a standard distance of 20 meters and a maximum of 40 meters between the pump station and the main unit. It is applied in mines with explosion-proof requirements and where roof support uses bolts and cables.

The hydraulic anchor drill comes in two specifications: one pump with a single machine and one pump with dual machines.

In rock layers and hard coal conditions, the drilling efficiency of this Hydraulic Anchor drill is three times that of ordinary pneumatic bolters, and its lifespan is over twice as long.

The power head uses an advanced hydraulic motor with a pressure up to 20MPa and an output torque exceeding 200N·m.

The unique structural design allows the leg thrust to be adjusted arbitrarily within (300-1250) kg, ensuring optimal matching between the drill’s rotation speed and thrust.

The leg cylinder and control arm are made of composite materials of steel and fiberglass, offering lightweight, impact-resistant, and drop-resistant properties.

To enhance pump station performance, the dual-pump station is equipped with an air-cooled radiator, resulting in high efficiency and low heat generation.
